Online Return Policy
Clothing and shoes can be exchanged or returned for store credit if sent back by mail or returned to the store within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be unworn with original tags attached and/or in original packaging with receipt in order to exchange or receive store credit. Hats, accessories, sunglasses, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, and handbags are final sale. All sale items are final sale.

All website returns/exchanges will be issued a store credit that can be used in store and online at Monkee's of Fort Lauderdale. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, and all returns or exchanges must be done at the Monkee's of Fort Lauderdale location.

As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping & In-Store Pickup Policy

All domestic Monkee's of Fort Lauderdale packages are shipped via UPS with USPS shipping at a flat rate of $12. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.

In store pick up is available at checkout and orders can be picked up at the store address.
